The Lite version of this software can be distributed freely according to sections 1,3 and 4.
Once the software has been unlocked with a licence key it must not be distributed under any circumstances. Once unlocked, the program is then subject to Section 2,3 and 4 of this agreement.

This program is shareware and can be distributed freely providing that the software remains locked and in its original install file as downloaded from www.D-Grafix.com. Once installed the program cannot be distributed in it''s unpacked form. Distribution of any part of the instalation is also prohibited.

Section 2 - PRO (Unlocked) Version

Software keys are available from d-grafix for REGISTERED customers.
This program --IS NOT-- shareware. DO NOT distribute program, or any media associated with it. All are subject to copyrights. This is a single user licence, meaning it cannot be used by more than one person. Multiple/Site licences are available at a discount so please contact D-Grafix.

Any attempt to reverse engineer or extract items from this software, for any purpose, is illegal, and violates this agreement.

Section 4 - Disclaimer

All use of this software product is at your own risk.
By installing this software you implicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this licence in so far as the law allows.
You agree that the above mentioned, will not to be held responsible for any hardware or software damage which may occur from the use or misuse of this software.
It''s extremely unlikely you will run into any problems.
